Work YOUR way with work-outs.. is d Funda-4 of Healthy-Life-Style



Hi dears,
Hope U all r following d Fundas of Healthy-life-style..
Am sure about one thing that U all R not just with me but
a mile or two ahead of d rest, including me....

As V all R 'declared-Foodies', V need to decide about one most important thing....
Whether V want to be Fit or Fat...
If opting for 'fitness-option', then
that's d 'wise' choice baby!

Regularity n sincerity always pays in long run...
This is my sweet-experience of 10-years-membership of
Kamat's Klub(KK)
This Health club was kind-of-'pioneer' in d times when there was not much aware-ness, about health n fitness...
In d initial stages KK gave us an attractive-offer
which nobody in their right senses would refuse!
My hubby was a 'Total-fitness-freak'...
so V grabbed d opportunity without wasting any time...
It's location was d icing on d cake!
It was just opposite my building's main gate...
It was soo very convenient, that V needed to
just cross d road n V were literally at
d 'entrance' of 'physical-fitness'!

I remember how jealous my co-members of KK were...as
they used to come from very far-away places....
they had to bring their vehicles n then wild-search for
a parking...

All d time they used to crib that ,
half of their energy n enthusiasm to exercise, was
wasted in that tedious-game of seeking-parking...

Now i know their pain, as KK is closed n i am a life-member of Goregaon-sports-Club(GSC),
Luckily, this is also not-so-far if V measure d distance from my residence...

but i need to spend atleast 20 to 30 minutes just to reach d entrance of GSC n then some more time for parking n other formalities...
It is exhausting-n-boring, no doubt about it!
D very thought of health-n-fitness generally gets replaced by 'reluctance'...

Look at d irony of some sorts, my KK-friend who then used to come
from a very-far-away place, now lives just-opposite-GSC!
that time i used to tease her a lot...
Now table is turned, it's my turn to be at receiving end!

There r soo many good memories of KK...
Though KK is vanished n at it's place, some sky-scrapper is under construction...
My bond with KK is still 'intact' through my healthy-habits
of mind-n-body-fitness n
also through those health-conscious friends...
Even today, i have a proud-set of friends called
" KK-friends-group"..
Once or twice a month V meet-n-eat...
V celebrate B'days, anniversaries n have lot of fun...

Though GSC is bigger n more-happening-kind-of-club, V all still
 miss d  friendly-familiar atmosphere of KK..


Friends, whether V go to club or not, Does Not matter at all...
What matters is, V all should have a fixed Time-table for work-outs!
It could be Anything...
V can have a short warm-up of body...
then some body-stretching exercises..
At d end Body-cooling exercises...
U know, It's soo simple...
V can plan next day  for Yog-asanas...
Next V can have weight-training exercises..

If there is any confusion, V can always consult d 'Fitness-Experts'..
Preferably at d initial stage, V should start each-n-every exercise under Expert's-supervision..
Later V can decide on what suits our-body-type n
accordingly V can make changes, if any r required..

Dears, d most important factor or rather
"secret-Mantra" is,
V should 'ENJOY' each-n-every stage n action,
in totality!

If V follow this Mantra,am sure d end-results will be really
'amazingly-healthy'!


If due to age or age-related complications,or some other factors, body is rigid n can't cope-up with exercises ,then such persons can get d same results with brisk-walking or longer walks, jogging at gardens or jogging-parks etc.
Friends, be sure about this,
when one door closes, many O
thers Open, only for US...

Only v need to be eager n keen to find them!
N once found, Let us not be 'lazy-n-ignorant'..
Let us be more attentive..
Let us keep our 'eyes n mind' always open to 'absorb'all d 'knowledge-available' to us..
V shoud fulfill our responsibilities as "Enlightened-Beings"!
n for that V need to be mentally n physically 'fit-n-alert'...

Tip of d day-

To enhance d immunity n healthy-eye-sight,
have a glass of fresh (Tomato+Koriander+mint)juice, add 1 T-spoon of fresh-Lemon-juice.
Persons not having BP-problems, can add a pinch of Rock/Saindhav-salt.
