Friends, first things first... As day-by-day d Temperatures n Mercury R rising, many birds n animals find it difficult to survive.. At d end they die in summer, Without water, out of Dehydration.... Let us try to Save them by putting water-pots, for birds n animals.. V can keep such 'water-pots' at many places like, out-side-of-houses, balconies, windows, terraces,in gardens, in building-compounds, on d roads etc Pl do Not forget to fill them with Water regularly... Water in Sanskrit is called "Jeevanam" i.e.'Life'! How appropriate! Therefore let us 'Save-lives' by giving 'Jeevanam' i.e. water. Dears,this is my humble request to U all, out there... Also do Not forget to water d plants from UR near-vicinity... Now coming to d Healthy-Life-style n it's healthy aspects, today's aspect is very basic n most difficult according to me... Getting up Early in d morning n retiring early in d night time! Friends, u might wonder, wot is soo difficult in doing this? To this my answer is, My 'theory' part was always perfect.... In school, in colleges, even in real-life...! But as far as 'practically' getting up early, specially at "Brahma-Muhurta" or "Amrut-Bella" i.e. d period of 3am-to-5am! For me, if i make a 'Sankalp' just-before-retiring to bed, i Do wake-up Exactly at d "Sankalp-time"! My Third-Eye region opens n there is 'Sun-rise' with pinkish red rays spreading d fore-head-region.... This is rather 'simple-n-easy',as far as waking-up goes But D most difficult part is slightly ahead... Though totally 'awakened',i would think about, "what am i going to do, getting up soo early?... Then there will be a small list of things, that i 'Can-do'... Then lying on d bed itself, one-by-one, i would deduct each-n-every single thing from d can-do-list! With full-assurance that, Nothing from d 'so-called-can-do-list' is "soo-very-important"! n would finally conclude that, "surely it Can be done later...during d later part of d day! Every Can-do-thing from d list, then usually gets converted into a list of 'Can-be-done-later'... When this way, Can-do-list is reduced to Zero, i would have a sound-sleep, till d regular, usual time in d morning! Dears, pl do not follow this method n get trapped in d web-woven by our-very-own-Mind! Instead, d moment Third-eye opens n wakes-up, let us simply 'Get-up' n do some action! Today i Can bravely say this, bcoz i just did it by implimenting d theory into practical-life, on that day... I got up, though not at Brahma-Muhurta, but at 6am! (Let me be very frank to U)! But for me, this is No-less than a victory over my mind-set-of-laziness of soo-many-years! Once on my feet, i went for a walk...n then to near-by Hanumaan-Temple! Seeing me at d early-hour at temple, d Pujaarin-lady was bit surprised.... She gave me 'Prasaad' n enquired, how did i remember d 'Hanumaan-Jayanti-day'... Hearing this, it was my turn to get 'surprised'! I thanked her n Mahaabali-Hanumaan for 'waking-n-shaking-me-up' on this auspicious day... Then one more lady arrived, who is a mother-figure to me... she promptly gave me d 'Prasaad-of-Soonthvada', which she got from some other Hanumaan-temple, she had visited in d early hours of Sun-rise! By d way, 'Soonthvada' is d popular-n-regular-Prasaad of Hanumaan-jayanti or Ram-Navami-day... So dears, this is my first baby-step towards of Healthy-life-style, Funda number-2! Hope U pals will follow it from tomorrow onwards... Pl do Not wait till next Hanumaan-jayanti, to start d Healthy-fundas! If u can't get up early, go for evening-walks.. n Have lots of fun... Morning boil d water n reduce it to half quantity.Filter n drink d water. Soaked seeds of Methi can be used in Dal-preparations or it's extract, can be externally applied to scalp.(Extract can be made by grinding them.) Wash d hair with luke-warm water after 15 mins. |
