Awaken to d Reality....n Be a Winner

10 Feb, 2010 Hi Friends, V all get bored n desperately need a break! then V either go out n meet our friends n have a blast... Or V go for shopping...n buy things that R not required... Or V go to an exhibition or Fun-fare.... Or go to library n go through New-Arrivals-of-Books... Or simply go to a play or drama... If nothing is possible.... In India, Movies R always on priority-list-of-entertainment! N if it's a Aamir-Khan-starer-movie, Expectations Reach sky!..a very high point! As his character in DCH(Dil Chahata Hai) says "Perfection ko aur improve karna, mushkil hota hai"! I do enjoy his movies....Some time ago, V happened to see his latest entertainer, "3 Idiots"! Am ready to repeat it couple of times! It is Totally-entertaining-n-making-us-THINK! It's a rare-feat... After so many days also i remember almost entire movie, scene-by-scene.....that is why i felt like 'thinking-loud' about it with all my pals.... There R many lessons one CAN easily imbibe from 3 Idiots….. Today i just thought of repeating some... D Management Lessons n My Thoughts,from '3 Idiots'... 1. Never Try To Be Successful! One should do his or her Best.... should give his or her 100%...No less n no more.... Always Give it a full-hearted TRY.... Success is only a bye-product! Excellence always creates success. So, never run after d success, Instead,let it happen in the life on it's own.... Automatically.... 2. Freedom To Life According to Vedas, V happen to get this life, rather 'Birth', after hundreds of years.... of births-after-births, in different species.... Therefore, don't Die before d actual death! life is very short.... hence Live every moment of d life, full of zest, in d Best possible-way....! Imagine that today is d last day of d life.... Life is a 'Divine-gift' to human-kind... Use it to live fruitfully for others.... Use it to live happily.... Use it to be helpful to d lesser-fortunate-n- neglected-people /Animals /Plants n trees /Natural Resources... To live in 'happiness' is our Natural-in born-Nature.... 3. Passion Leads To Excellence Like Swami Vivekanand had said, V should follow our passion or V should make our profession-as-our-passion... Simply Meaning, V should 'seek-n-find-happiness'  in whatever V do... Or V should do something which gives us, 'Immense-happiness-n-satisfaction'! When our hobby or passion becomes our profession, V will be able to lead up to excellence in d life! Satisfaction, pleasure, joy n love will be D outcome of following passion.... By following our passion for years-n-years, V surely Can become 'Expert'! . 4. Learning Is Very Simple Since our birth, V keep on learning things.... V R eternal-students-n-learners! At-times, Teachers can fail...But d Learners never fail... Learning is never complicated or difficult... To someone,it might 'appear' difficult, at some point of time ... But as a rule, 'Learning' is always possible! 5. Pressure At Head There is Huge scope for improvement in D 'Current-education-system'! There R hundreds of loop-holes in it.... It is Not Thought-Provoking but Only Developing-Pressures of various kinds! Making d Students Confused in d  head, all-d-time! Discipline n different-Dead-Lines of University R only suppressing d over-all-intelligence.... Discipline can be useful in making human-life 'Richer', in many ways... if not forced blindly! Little-Pressure can be helpful, to bring-out-d-best from students but Extra-pressure, being applied needlessly, is found to be, very 'harmful' or rather 'fatal'! Hampering d over-all progress of d students.... Under tremendous pressures, either they give-up Or get converted into bunch-of-nerves... There has to be a Delicate-Balance between Discipline n freedom for d Best-Possible-Results from d young-generations.... They should have some "Real-Ideals" to get inspiration... Unfortunately in present scenario, lot more is desired.... Lot more needs to be reformed in d present-set-of-system! But one thing should be Underlined n Noted that, Nothing should be, at d cost of Student's-life.. 6. Life Is Emotion Management Not Intelligence Optimization A Human-being is probably Only being created to 'Emote'.... therefore V all R full of emotions.... to manage all-those emotions is a really-big-task... Whoever is able to do it efficiently, Can be an easy Winner! Good-Memory-skills n Regular-studies, have a definite value n it can positively-help-us to lead a good-life... there R no-Two-ways about that...but V can be able to survive..., even without GR8 expertise in it! If V R satisfied with a very-little-gain, V can opt for such artificial intelligence/skills n make some mark in the path of the life n win up-to-some-extent... But V cannot prove ourselves "Genius"! Bcoz that is a different achievement altogether! In this entire process, a genius within each of us, will Surely die!  . 7. Necessity Is The Mother Of Invention Under comfortable circumstances, d 'real-capacity' of our "grey-Matter" is lying-low.... Difficult situations or d crisis, create a need or necessity to use d real-potential of our Brain-d-Grey-cells! D built-up-pressure, compels or forces us to invent something which can be a 'perfect-solution' to d Crisis! Aamir Khan in this film, "3 idiots", is able to prove his idea of using a derived version of pump,   successfully, at the very last moment of d crisis! 8. Simplicity is Life Life is always based on basic-needs... It is Never based on 'wants'! Human-Desires R unlimited... There is no end to that... Simplicity, is Base of Hindu-Vedic Way of life! Our culture stresses highly on d principles of Simple living n high thinking..... n this is Tried-n-tested, Best way of life: 'Legs Firm n eyes focused on d divine-'mission'... 9. Industrial Leadership Dean of the institute in d film "3 idiots", Is Representing a typical leadership.... He has his set of 'fixed-ideas'... He has some rigid principles, values n ideology, n he runs n leads the whole institute accordingly... This could be an example of current Institutional leadership! At present, most of the institutes r bound by some-fixed-set-of-principles.... There is a Mental-block towards any Changes or Reforms.. This should change.... bcoz it is 'kind-of-Squarish thinking'! It surely is doing GR8 harm n No Good!! 10. Importance Of One Word In Communication Good, crisp-Communication is d need of d present-hour! Without it V can't survive for long... If communication dies, everything dies! Each word has a definite-impact-n-value in communication... One word can play Wonders n Blunders! If it is used wrongly.... Or emphasized wrongly.... Or paused at a wrong place..... In communication what funny-effects it creates.. n how it affects.... Is demonstrated very well by 3 Idiots.... with d help of situational-comedy, this movie Rocks, with roaring-riot-of-laughter! 11. Mediocrity Is Penalized It is a vicious circle... Born in a middle-class-faily.... With Middle class-family-values..... Average Financial-power... or average talent.... or forced to opt for average institute... this all leads to ....Students to suffer, silenty.... Feel help-less.... Feel a lot of frustration.... n has to pay maximum price in d life... if they Can't 'motivate' themselves to upgrade... improve, develop perseverance, skills, n living standards... To be born poor or as an average person is not at all a crime! But to die as ONE is 'Completely-Miserable'! If One is unable to optimize one's potentiality n die with unused-potentiality then that is What One is... A shameful-Existence! I firmly beleive that everybody, every single entity, is blessed with some or other 'special talent' which is hidden within his/her personality..... One needs to be 'patient' enough with oneself... One should be given enough 'time n opportunity' to exlpore one's hidden treasure of talent.... Be sure about one thing, Sooner or later they will blossom into a beautiful butterfly....breaking d 'cocoon' of rigid formats n frame-works.... Nobody should give up on that entity.... Not he/she himself or herself or Not his/her parents, guardians or even his/her friends! He/she has to bring out genius inside him/her and has to use his/her potentiality to the optimum level! somebody might turn into an A-grade Artiste.... somebody might turn into a renowned dancer... somebody might turn into a well-known singer... somebody might turn into a Management Guru... somebody might turn into a 'Spirituality Guru...like Deepak Chopra somebody might turn into a Consumer-Market's-King like Kishore Biyani! somebody might turn into a world-known Musician like Zubin Mehta! somebody might turn into a well-known purcussionnist/Tabla-Maestro like Zakir Husain! somebody might turn into a Computer wizard, Bill Gates somebody might turn into a hot-mail specialist like Sabir Bhatia! somebody might turn into an Industrialist like Dhirubhai Ambani... There R Hundreds of examples ..... D difference between a so-called 'Commoner' n a 'Specialist-in-some-field' is Only of an "Opportunity" taken at appropriate time!! It's Truely a very thin line between d two! Success n failure R two sides of d same coin! Both d terms R very relative.... Somebody might be a a 'Topper' from a very Reputed Medical Institute... But in d 'practical-life's-Exam' he might not pass with 'flying-colors'! He might end-up being a 'faculty' or a General-Practitioner with minimal-practice.... While some student who couldn't do GR8 in final exams of same Medical institute, might be more successful Specialist or Surgeon..... Doing much better than d 'topper'.... Here d question arises... Who has succeeded n who has failed? D 'Topper' had succeeded initially by academic measures... But has rater failed in later life by practical-measures... while  d 'commoner' has Not-succeeded initially by academic-measures for not passing with flying colors.... But succeeded in later life by Practical-measures for being a well-known/successful sought-after Specialist or a Surgon! From this example one thing is proved beyond doubt .... N that is Nothing is Permanent..... Neither d Success nor d Failure.... So Let us AWAKEN to d Reality.... N Be d Winner!
